A great deal has been achieved for helping women to take a more active and successful part in all spheres of employment. As a result a growing number of women are in senior positions and decision making roles.

IFBPW continues to work actively towards solving the many problems which still face women in the workplace. Each year, in the third week of February, BPW clubs around the world honor international working women. It provides an outstanding opportunity for working women to take part in and benefit from this process.
