Isle City's L.E.N.A. Award, which stands for Leadership, Education, Networking and Achievement. This award is named in honor of Lena Madesin Phillips, a founder of BPW/USA and BPW International.

This year marked the 79th Anniversary of National Business Women's Week, providing an opportunity to acknowledge the important role women play in the nation's economy.
